Internal Sales Advisor
CORE RESPONSIBILITY ·Customer Lifecycle Management ·Assist the EU Internal Sales Manager with all front- as well as back office aspects of the European Internal Sales Program ·Coordination of all customer relevant activities between European Direct Sales organizations (CEU, UK,IT & FR) and other European Functions (CS, Marketing, Clinical Support, Clinical Specialist) ·Developing customer growth to the next higher lever for transfer to the Direct Sales Organization
CORE TASKS ·Pre-selection of potential docs from all channels prior to certification attendance ·Active promotion of the Certification Pack as well as other available Case Packs · Coordination of all available clinical support offerings (internal & external) during first year to get to a min case submission of 6 cases · Customer preparation for further training events to support growth > 6 cases; selling the next higher available case pack · Monitoring relevant accounts (monthly & quarterly) regarding case growth and defined support activities · Proactive arrangement of Study Clubs as part of the customer lifecycle management · Monitor customer progress and activities in CRM system · Monitoring of distributor activities in non-direct markets
CORE QUALIFICATIONS • Level of education: Higher vocationallevel or University degree, preferably commercial (i.e. HEAO-Commercial & Economics) · Level of experience: approx 2-3 years, preferably with project assistance, in a sales driven dept. · Experience with medical related product and/or work environment is beneficial. · English required other European languages highly beneficial.
